City of Hutto issued the following announcement on Oct. 20
The City of Hutto is excited to announce the annual Treats on Park Street Live Oak Street - Drive Through Edition.
Join all the ghouls and boos for this drive-through spooktacular hosted by the City of Hutto Parks and Recreation Department and local organizations. Participants will be able to show off costumes and receive free treats during the trunk or treat car cruise in front of City Hall.
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, participants must stay in their vehicles at all times, so creativity is a must when designing costumes that will allow others to ooh and aah as vehicles drive by.
Please make plans to bring your favorite big or little monster, fairy, gnome, anime or video game character, evil queen, ghost or goblin by City Hall, 500 W. Live Oak St. between 5 - 7 p.m. Saturday, October 31, and help make everyone's Halloween a monstrous success.
