Cain Realty Group Celebrates Grand Opening in South Austin

Cain Realty Group, an award-winning real estate group with Keller Williams Realty, celebrated the Grand Opening of its newest office at 4010 Menchaca Road, Austin, Texas 78704. The Austin Chamber of Commerce also co-hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony, with Cain Realty Group clients, friends, and family in attendance.

Ricky and KodiKay Cain started in real estate in 2006, and in 2010 founded Cain Realty Group. Since 2016, CainRealty Group has been ranked nationally in the top 3% for real estate groups of their size. They specialize in taking more of a consultative approach with their clients while using cutting-edge technology to communicate and market their homes for sale. This has led to over a thousand five-star online reviews and the selling of their listings for 2.3% more than the market average.

"We are excited and blessed to have a larger space for our group to operate in, while also having a wonderful spot to host grand events for our clients, friends, and for the community," shared Ricky Cain, Co-Founder and President of Cain Realty Group. "Our passion for serving also extends to our agents and staff. We are excited to continue to grow through the hiring of more A-Players to our group and to continue our mission of providing the coaching, opportunities, and environment so that our people never have to say no to something they deserve a yes to."

Cain Realty Group also looks forward to expanding its outreach through its non-profit organization, Cain Cares, which is a vehicle to provide support to their clients and to their clients' families when they experience a severe time of need.
