First half of 2022: Home valuations in Garfield increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Garfield rose by $47,937 while total valuation increased by 150 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $106,727 - an 81.5 percent increase over the $58,790 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Garfield in the first half of 2021.
