What happened to the median home valuation in Dripping Springs during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Dripping Springs rose by $67,536 while total valuation decreased by 14.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were six homes sold, with a median home valuation of $355,450 - a 23.5 percent increase over the $287,914 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Dripping Springs in the first half of 2021.
