Median home valuations in Camp Swift rose to $126,649 in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Camp Swift rose by $2,513 while total valuation decreased by 73.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 12 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $126,649 - a two percent increase over the $124,136 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Camp Swift in the first half of 2021.
