Bastrop median home valuations rose by 1.1% in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Bastrop rose by $2,217 while total valuation decreased by 86.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 18 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $197,885 - a 1.1 percent increase over the $195,668 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Bastrop in the first half of 2021.
