How did home valuations perform in Smithville during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Smithville rose by $44,029 while total valuation decreased by 75.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 13 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $213,078 - a 26 percent increase over the $169,049 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Smithville in the first half of 2021.
