First half of 2022: Home valuations in Circle D-KC Estates increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Circle D-KC Estates rose by $37,756 while total valuation decreased by 87.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median home valuation of $238,569 - an 18.8 percent increase over the $200,813 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Circle D-KC Estates in the first half of 2021.
