Spicewood home valuations fell in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Spicewood fell by $59,040 while total valuation decreased by 38.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 13 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $518,210 - a 10.2 percent decrease from the $577,250 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Spicewood in the second quarter of 2021.
