Q2: Home valuations in Bee Cave increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Bee Cave rose by $31,670 while total valuation decreased by 30.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were nine homes sold, with a median home valuation of $607,970 - a 5.5 percent increase over the $576,300 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Bee Cave in the second quarter of 2021.
