City of Elgin issued the following announcement on Dec. 1
The City of Elgin is requesting federal assistance from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) to extend the Roy Rivers Road in Elgin, Bastrop County, Texas. The project includes the construction of a public roadway from the end of Roy Rivers Road to approximately 950 linear feet to the south and connect with Littig Road.
